HELP
we've paid our $5 but can't log in .. we haven't been able to since we did over two weeks ago. please we are keen to join and use the sims but we can't its very frustrating.

Were you able to get your issue resolved regarding logging on? My son is facing the same problem - we've paid the $5, created a login account but we can't login to get downloads - there doesn't appear to be anyone we can call or e-mail -
